Our youth operator training program addressed two challenges at once: the shortage of skilled operators and the lack of employment opportunities for rural youth.

The Problem We Faced

As demand for our services grew, we hit a bottleneck. We had the equipment and the orders, but not enough qualified operators. Hiring experienced operators was difficult and expensive. More concerning, poor operation could damage equipment and disappoint customers.

The Solution: Grow Our Own Talent

We developed a comprehensive training program that combined:

  • Technical Skills: Equipment operation, safety protocols, terrain assessment, and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Practical Experience: Hands-on training with actual equipment in real field conditions
  • Professional Development: Customer service skills and professional conduct standards
